I cannot access listed categories. Who will provide me with the password?
For privacy reasons we cannot allow public access to private galleries. Please follow these 2 steps to allow access to our galleries
Step 1 – Create a “FREE” subscription account
To browse through the galleries you first need to create a “FREE” subscription account. A subscription account will give you the ability to use special features like “lightbox” and “email to a friend”. More importantly, a subscription account is a mandatory step to allow access to private galleries of your children, and it also gives you the ability to order photos and gifts online.
Step 2 – Obtain a password to browse through private photo galleries
Our photo galleries have 2 types of passwords.
“Special Event galleries” contain general photos taken at Smartie Pants special event days. The password for these galleries will always match the Smartie Pants front door entry code. (This is the code without the "E" at the end)
“Individual child galleries” are protected by a different individual password. If you have registered your email address with Smartie Pants we will email the password directly to your email address, otherwise ensure you speak to a Smartie Pants representative to obtain a unique password for your child. Once you have successfully obtained the password you can start accessing and purchasing photos of your children.
How can I pay for my photos?
Smartie Pants Photo Store offers 2 methods of payment.
1. If you would like to pay for your photos online, then we offer a secure Paypal transfer. To setup a paypal account please follow the instructions using the following link.
To pay using this online service please click on the Paypal icon at checkout.
2. Pay at Smartie Pants. Using this payment method please order online and checkout using the "Check Money Order" icon at checkout. Next time you are at Smartie Pants inform a team representative that you wish to pay for your photos. The order will then be confirmed and ordered.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken for annual "Photo Week" and other special events during the year. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
How often are photos ordered?
At Smartie Pants we aim to keep prices of photos affordable for everyone. For this reason we choose to order photos in bulk on the last working day of the month. In some circumstances we may choose to make special orders during the month depending on parent demand. If photos are required urgently there may be additional costs incurred for shipping, depending on the product required.
How do I use the "lightbox" function?
The lightbox allows you to save images as your favorites. Simply signup via the subscription form, and then visit the “My Lightbox” link to create a lightbox. Once you create a lightbox you can then browse the site and click on the “+” icons to add it. From the lightbox you can email all your favourite photos to a friend or family member.
